Even If She Loves You, She Can’t Find The Strength To Stay

Even If She Loves You, She Can’t Find The Strength To Stay

You have drained her. She can’t do this anymore. She’s at the crossroads of her life for the first time, and she needs to chose herself right now. Even if you don’t understand her turning her back on you finally, respect her decision.

Actually, you left her no other choice. She’s been around for too long, just sitting and waiting for you to realise what you had by your side. But you were blind. You were always so blind, never seeing what was slipping out of your hands. You let a treasure go.

She will find someone who will appreciate her. Men will beg on their knees to have her in their lives, but you will remain clueless and self-absorbed to the point where no one will ever love you as much as she loved you. As much as she still loves you.

Let me recall the memories of her sitting, waiting, for hours on end for you to come back home. She’s probably been crying and calling you, just to see if you were doing fine. No, she isn’t a control freak; she isn’t a ‘nag’. She is a loving and caring woman who lost her mind worrying if you were doing OK. But then you show up, smelling like another women, with a bottle of beer in your hand that you threw across the room because you saw her waiting for you.

You never knew how to appreciate what you had. Even in moments of anger, she knew she needed to calm herself, otherwise she would lose you. You took her kindness for granted and you never saw how angry and hurt she was because of your actions. She played it off like it was nothing because she didn’t want to make you mad.

She knew how terrifying you were when you were angry and mean. You’d throw things over the room and yell so loud that the whole neighborhood would hear you. She didn’t want them to keep saying those mean things about you, so she would keep everything to herself. The amount of fear and love she felt for you weren’t enough to keep her.

That’s why she’s leaving now. She’s leaving because there is nothing more she can do to make you happy, when every time she tries, you go and find satisfaction in the arms of another woman. She’s leaving because you didn’t even bother to ask her to stay. You didn’t even tell her that you’d miss her if she’s gone, but believe me, you will.

You will miss her soft hands and her genuine laugh. You will miss the way she would jump out of the joy of seeing you. You will miss all the mornings you’ve woken up next to her and the nights you fell asleep by her side. You will miss her. A lot. Because there is no one who can take her place. You may try to fill in the gap, but no one will be good enough.

But, if we’re talking about her, she can find someone better. Someone who knows how to make her feel as special as she is and someone who will take care of her and never take her for granted. She will be happy one day when she realises that there was nothing she could’ve done for you anymore.

Waiting isn’t an option anymore. She is becoming her own biggest priority. That’s why she’s telling you goodbye.
