Vera Matović, a 78-year-old singer, said that she never had to worry about being overweight. The mystery of her imperative disposition and gigantic energy, as she discovers, lies in standard real work.
With a 50-year career behind her, she is happy to point out that she has not had to give up a lone show due to health problems, nor has she ever been forced to visit the emergency room due to health problems.
“I run my business with love, no one would see that I ever felt terrible or that I was dealing with problems. I am an expert and that is why the audience loves me,” said Vera Matović.
He says that he jumps at the opportunity to leave before the deadline, and he does the preparations in the first part of the day.
“I’m a big fan, I get up around four or five in the morning, depending on the frock when I get up. I immediately put on my tracksuit and shoes and go for a run. I’m sure a few people do that at this age, and I also have a treadmill at home which is also a necessary part of my daily practice. I like a brisk walk the most, possibly the time I reduce this routine is the point where I have shoots AND exhibitions, but it’s generally how I start the day,” she said.

The artist revealed that she is taking care of her diet AND eating well. She has no indecency, which further affects her appearance and well-being.
“If I accidentally ate something heavy, I would feel terrible. At home, I eat light, good food for breakfast and lunch, because doing certain things on a full stomach is problematic. I don’t drink or smoke, I have no profanity, I hydrate and I eat organic produce. I only eat apples. I mostly eat fish, chicken, mixed greens… I make sure I don’t eat desserts,” she said.
